Payment Policy
Your payment will be due at every session. We accept all major credit cards, debit, and cash.
Insurance/benefits
We accept and direct bill for most insurance policies. Please consult with your insurance company to determine coverage.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If a cancellation is made within less than 24 hours, or if there is a missed appointment, a fee of $25 will apply for the first occurrence, and fully charged for future cancelations or no-shows.
